She was kicked until she fell off a slide at school. And the school did nothing because it’s he say/she say and no teachers heard her scream.

Somebody. Would. Have. DIED.

what state was this in? why were the students left unsupervised? is there a kickstarter/gofundme for her family’s lawyer fees because they need to sue the shit out of that school

It happened in Mississippi. Why am I not surprised…. This is absolutely terrible.

This doesn’t even look like a “fall off a slide” this looks like either a gang of kids or a grown ass adult assaulting her. This is just fucking sickening.

Take the whole school to court. Fuck that, take the school district to court. Sue them for fucking millions for this shit.

Young Dad Wins Back Custody of Child Adopted Without Consent

26-year-old Jeremiah Sampson waged a three-year court battle that forced him to drop out of college to pay for legal expenses in gaining custody of his child.
Sampson drove five hours to Rolla, Mo., once or twice a week for more than six months to challenge the adoption in court. The adoptive parents threw a towel over the baby’s head in court, refusing to let him look at his birth father.
Born and raised in Coweta, Oklahoma, Sampson had four older brothers, three sisters and a mother who worked two jobs to support them all. He didn’t meet his father until he was 13 and hasn’t seen him much since. “I would never do that to my own flesh and blood,” Sampson said. “I would never walk away from my own child.”
Sampson is now suing the adoption agency for violating his parental rights by going ahead with the placement even after he objected.

Donald Andrews Jr. A Black man  and Business Owner from New York was cleared just last April After being Arrested on Drugs Charges in Scotia, New York.    Police were “suspicious” of Donald Andrews Jr.’s store, which sells incense and smoking paraphernalia, and sent undercover informants several times in March. In one of the informants visits he is seen on Andrews hidden camera planting Crack Cocaine on the counter in Andrews Store.

Andrews was arrested in April  2013 and cleared only after he asked a Grand Jury to watch the surveillance footage from his store. The informant used a cellphone photo he took of the planted drugs as evidence that Andrews was dealing, leading to his arrest.

*YES THIS IS FUCKING REAL LOOK IT UP*

The police claim that the informant has now “fled” and they haven’t found his whereabouts. The sheriff “claims” his investigators didn’t purposely framed Andrews and have the “informant” out to be some rogue agent.

FYI this same “informant” has lead to seven other drug-related arrests the Report says.

Sounds like a Movie right? But yall still out here calling people “conspiracy theorists”.

Andrews is now in the process of suing NYPD.

Nice! Stick I too em.

Police planting crack to lock up Black people is no conspiracy theory. It’s American History (1980-present).

Apparently this young girl was pushed off the slide at her school by another classmate

Warning: GRAPHIC PICTURE

PASCAGOULA, Mississippi — An Arlington Elementary student was injured on the school’s playground on Tuesday and her mother filed a police report on Thursday, according to Pascagoula Police Department Lt. Jim Roe.

"The mother alleges another child kicked her child on the slide," Roe said. "Right now, there’s no indication something criminal took place. I have spoken with school security and an assistant superintendent is investigating the matter."

Roe identified the mother as Lacey Harris and the student has been identified on social media sites as AvaLynn. There is a Justice For AvaLynn Facebook page created as well as a gofundme.com account that is raising money to help pay for her medical bills. It indicates about $1,000 has been raised in one day.

The Pascagoula School District issued the following statement about the incident:

"A student was injured while playing on the playground at Arlington Elementary School Tuesday afternoon.   School officials responded to the situation.  The parent was contacted and the student received medical treatment. No other children were involved in the incident. The Pascagoula School District remains committed to the safety of all its students."

The desperate white girl who results to racism to fit in with the Black people
 - Jess

UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh

She is the type of white girl that says things like
" I went to afropunk and everyone there was so nice."
" They liked what i wore."
" What do you mean cultural appropriation? I  come every year and no one bothers me."

backwashed-barrel and I saw her getting her photograph taken and could not believe it. The photographer was white, too. A white photographer at a Black music festival photographing a white woman appropriating other cultures. Yes.

Exploiting black culture and appropriating it at the same damn time.

why does she look like Riff Raff

cause all white people look the same

is that unclefather

she is managing to appropriate at least three cultures at once i am truly amazed

I saw her!! this drove me nuts.

like we made it very clear you and your white dreads are not welcome here afro punk. not “greasy matted limp nasty ass white fake ‘dreadlocked’ hair punk” y’all have enough places for you!!!! give us this!!! keep your cultural appropriating asses away from our places!!

Somebody said they thought this was Kimmy Gibbler😭

The whites must be stopped!

The worst thing about this is, Afropunk was created bc white punk kids are racist and exclude Black people from their shit…now they infiltrating.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

used to intern for afro punk. we were told to make our graphic design campaign “less afrocentric” and more inclusive to white people….
The graphic design work was then outsourced to white latinas.
The organization makes me sick. They routinely push eurocentric beauty standards, and the founder knows jack shit about the African American Experience because *gasp* he is not african american. He is guyanese and british (and rich) (and being sued for not paying employees).
Go to a show during the year, and it is a sea of white faces. Go to battle of the bands, and watch a 10 piece band with one black member (who isnt even the lead) win.
Do not support uncle toms. If afro punk can’t be for those of the diaspora, then I fail to see what the point of the organization is.
Stop supporting corporate funded appropriation just because a few pretty black people are involved.

I regret to tell you that Christina Fonthes - a dear friend and organiser of Rainbow Noir has been held against her will in The Congo - she was on a family holiday with her mother who has decided to have Christina ‘cured’ of her sexuality.

Welcome to Passive, New York
As Andy Henriquez, a 19 year old from Washington Heights lay in his cell dying from a tear in his aorta, an artery that supplies blood to the heart, he asked a guard if he could call his mother just to say goodbye. For days he suffered in pain barely able to breathe as the blood made its way down to his groin. He request was denied. His fellow inmates knew something was wrong. They screamed and kicked doors in a failed bid to get Andy some help. A doctor who visited him earlier that day prescribed him hand cream and wrote the prescription in the wrong name.
Hours later he was found dead on the floor of his cell.
This happened in April of last year, New Yorkers are just hearing about it today because a suit has been filed by the lawyer of Mr. Henriquez’s family.
In this last year I have been thinking about some things….
I have thought about the death of Eric Garner and the muted outrage that followed.
I have thought about all the black men who were set up by Detective Louis Scarcella from Brooklyn, who have languished in jail for years and are just now having their cases reviewed after it was discovered Scarcella was crooked and the silence that followed.
I have thought about how everyone just accepts that Stop and Frisk is a thing of the past and that the rights of black and brown men here in New York City are not still being violated.
I have thought about how slick it was for our Mayor to parade his black family in front of the cameras to get elected and how New Yorkers have yet to check him for basically being Bloomberg 2.0.
I have thought about those who live in the projects whose stewards, NYCHA, last year said they had a surplus of money to fix them and are now saying this year they have no money.
I have thought about how “affordable housing” here means you must make damn near 100k, yet no one seems to believe that this city hates its poor.
I have thought about the fact that this city has the highest rates of workplace discrimination lawsuits in the country, yet no one wants to address racism in the workplace.
I have thought about how gentrification of this city has made many neighborhoods I once loved and enjoyed unrecognizable and in my view turned its residents into the quietest, softest, most passive lot of New Yorkers I have ever experienced in my lifetime here.
Who the fuck are you people?
There will be very little outrage over Mr. Henriquez’s death. This lot of New Yorkers would be more outraged if you kicked a cat than if you choked a young black man to death or allowed one to internally bleed to death on the floor of a jail cell.
